Join us!

• Managing Quantis Germany's social media account and championing social media engagement (reposts, reactions) in the branch
• Supporting leadership communications for Quantis Germany's managing director
• Executing German marketing tasks such as:
• Event support (logistics, invitation, presentation decks, social event organization)
• Market research, market analysis and monitoring Quantis positioning and local word-of-mouth online and offline
• Social media posts
• Website updates – both localizing global content in German and supporting the creation of local content (as per your last point + announcing local events)
• Local email marketing activities to be performed in German
• Managing inbound press requests in German
• Hubspot (CRM/Marketing Automation) support as needed, supporting managing inbound leads
• Internal communications for the Quantis branch
• Coordination with the Quantis team for global marketing initiatives
• PowerPoint support
• Providing occasional marketing support to Quantis Italy
• Facilitate and maintain the Quantis headshots and bios
• Coordination of translations of global content into German

• Native-level German speaker absolutely necessary, professional proficiency in English a must, Knowledge of Italian a plus
• Passionate about sustainability and motivated to align business with Planetary Boundaries
• Recent graduate or in the final phase of studies in: Marketing, Business Administration, Science Communication, or a related field
• Team player with a strong sense of accountability
• Comfortable working independently, quickly, and on schedule
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Thrives in fast-paced environments
• Strategic thinker with strong synthesis skills
• Experience analyzing technical topics and extracting key strategic insights
• Entrepreneurial spirit; proactive in exploring new ideas and pushing boundaries
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy
• Marketing skills (a plus): social media management, content creation, market analysis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Quick to learn and adapt to new technologies
• Eager to learn and grow on the job
