Social Media Marketing Specialist - SP & IT

As Social Media Marketing Specialist , you’ll be responsible for executing and optimizing NEONAIL’s social media presence across Spain and Italy. You’ll manage daily operations of our channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube), plan and schedule content, collaborate with agencies and influencers, and support digital activations to drive brand visibility, engagement, and community growth.

You’ll report to the Marketing Manager for Spain & Italy and work closely with local agencies, the HQ content team, and regional brand partners. This position offers remote/hybrid work model

Tasks

1. Social Media Management

• Plan and execute monthly content calendars for Spain and Italy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube.
• Schedule and verify all social media posts, ensuring brand consistency and accuracy.
• Adjust schedules according to ongoing campaigns, promotions, premieres, and newsletters.
• Oversee daily community activity and support engagement initiatives.
• Update and maintain visual feeds (Instagram and Pinterest) for an aesthetic, on-brand look.
• Update and manage Linktree, ensuring all campaign links, launches, and products are current.

2. Content Planning & Coordination

• Prepare story plans and share them with agencies for execution.
• Request and brief content from NEONAIL’s HQ team when needed.
• Review and approve content copies, visuals, and video edits prior to publication.
• Support internal content creation (short-form videos, product photos, hand shots, giveaways) using Canva or CapCut.
• Upload content for premieres and press releases.

3. Influencer & Ambassador Management (Spain)

• Manage collaborations with local content creators and ambassadors.
• Plan and coordinate paid collaborations — including creative ideas, deliverables, timelines, and product shipments.
• Request and ship PR or collaboration products from our warehouses.
• Approve influencer content and integrate it into planned posting schedules.
• Track and calculate commissions and performance results for ambassador codes.

4. Analytics & Performance Tracking

• Update and maintain monthly performance reports for all social media channels.
• Track engagement metrics and identify high-performing formats or trends.
• Generate and share UTM links for campaigns, stories, Pinterest, influencer activities, etc.
• Provide insights to adjust strategy and improve reach and engagement.

5. Coordination & Administration

• Maintain and update project files for ongoing and upcoming campaigns.
• Participate in weekly or bi-weekly meetings with agencies and the marketing team.
• Assist with ad hoc tasks such as manual postings or on-site activities when needed.
• Ensure all marketing files, plans, and trackers are organized and up to date.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube management.
• Proficient in Canva, CapCut (or similar tools) for basic content editing.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with multitasking.
• Fluent in English (Italian and Spanish is a strong plus).
• Creative mindset with a passion for trends, influencer culture, and visual storytelling.
• Team player who can collaborate with international teams and agencies.
