Sales & Marketing Working Student

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support our Sales & Marketing team in Berlin. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player who is open minded, a willingness to adapt to change, and a commitment to working collaboratively under a bottom-up leadership style.

Tasks

Sales & Customer Service

• Manage and respond to incoming calls.
• Support client communication, including follow-ups and issue resolution.
• Track leads and conversions, assisting the sales team in identifying customer needs and potential solutions.
• Ensure prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries for an optimal experience.
• Proactively work to convert leads into bookings.

Analysis & Research

• Review performance data to find useful insights for better decision-making.
• Track daily results and quickly address any internal issues.
• Website monitoring to ensure accuracy and functionality.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Background in Sales, Customer Service, or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with sales funnels and lead management.
• Based in Berlin.
• Fluency in English and German. German fluency is a must requirement (at least C1 Level).
