Trainee Account Executive

Responsibilities
As part of the Graduate Program, you will gradually take on increasing responsibility within the sales organization and learn modern B2B SaaS sales processes from the ground up.
Initial Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound sales activities and connect with potential customers.
- Qualify leads and support the Account Executive team.
- Conduct initial discovery conversations and identify customer challenges and business needs.
- Manage sales activities and pipeline effectively using HubSpot.
- Support the development of outreach strategies and test new growth initiatives.
- Work closely with sales leadership and contribute ideas to improve sales processes.
Growth into Junior Account Executive
- Conduct product demonstrations and customer consultations.
- Manage qualified inbound and self-generated leads.
- Build strong relationships with prospects and guide them through the sales process.
Job requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Initial practical experience through internships in start-ups, sales, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Strong interest in sales, go-to-market strategies, and SaaS environments.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and hands-on attitude.
- Fast learner with strong motivation and resilience.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle setbacks constructively.
- Native-level German language skills.
- Recent graduates or candidates currently completing their studies are encouraged to apply.
