Ich übernehme die Abwicklung von Arbeitspaketen im Tiefbau neuer Erdkabel- und Kabeltunnelprogramme und bringe mein Fachwissen innovativ in die Entwicklung von Standards sowie Forschung ein.

Das macht diesen Job für mich interessant : 50Hertz engagiert sich seit langem für die Energiewende. Im Team Bautechnik habe ich die Chance mein Know-how in die Erarbeitung von technologischen Grundsätzen, Konzepten, Planungen, Bodenuntersuchungen und Bauabläufen einzubringen. Als Fachprojektleitung bin ich ein fester Bestandteil für die erfolgreiche Durchführung von Projekten zur Errichtung, Erweiterung und Erneuerung von AC- und DC-Linienbauwerken unseres Übertragungsnetzes. Gleichzeitig ist es mir möglich, mich in der Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Spezialist*innen kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln und mein Wissen im Team aktiv zu teilen.

Meine Aufgaben

• Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung des 50Hertz-Asset-Baukastens,
• Erstellung von Ausschreibungsgrundlagen und Entwicklung von Vergabestrategien und Ausschreibungspaketen sowie fachliche Begleitung im Vergabeprozess,
• Mitwirkung in Fachgremien und Erforschung bzw. Entwicklung innovativer Lösungen zur Projektrealisierung,
• Aktiver Wissenstransfer innerhalb des Unternehmens und Schulung von Teammitgliedern,
• Erarbeitung von Neu- und Umbaustrategien sowie Koordinierung und Durchführung von technischen und wirtschaftlichen Variantenvergleichen bzw. Studien,
• Erarbeitung bzw. Steuerung und Prüfung technischer Planungsstände bis hin zur Ausführungsplanung und Begleitung in der Bauphase, unter der Berücksichtigung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität,
• Fachliche Abstimmungen mit allen relevanten Schnittstellenbereichen sowie Steuerung externer Dienstleister und Lieferanten.

Meine Kompetenzen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurswesen oder vergleichbar,
• Einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung,
• Erfahrung bei der Umsetzung von Projekten (Projektmanagementerfahrung),
• Sehr gute allgemeine EDV-Kenntnisse (Office-Paket) und SAP-Kenntnisse,
• Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen und Baustellenaufenthalten,
• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2).

Kein Muss, aber von Vorteil:

• Erfahrungen im Bereich Trassierung.

As one of the four transmission grid operators in Germany, 50Hertz is responsible for high-voltage power transmission; control at this level is decisive for the stability of the grid and to ensure a secure electricity supply in Germany and Europe. We are part of a European grid association, working closely with colleagues throughout Europe. 50Hertz is part of a European company, working alongside Belgian grid operator Elia in the Elia Group. We work together closely in many key areas. Individual activities such as IT or purchasing are organised at the group level, which means that in these areas colleagues from Elia and 50Hertz work in a team from both Berlin and Brussels.

Typical areas of work for construction engineers at 50Hertz

Asset Management: This involves developing the principles and guidelines required to handle the construction-related challenges that arise throughout the organisation.

Projects, cables, substations, and offshore: These divisions carry out all renovation and new build projects in our main areas of construction such as overhead power lines and cable traverses, substations, and switchgear, as well as offshore construction.

Grid operation: Here the status of our installations and structures is monitored, necessary actions are identified, and maintenance projects are initiated and implemented.
