EvolveTalent® is supporting one of our international clients, a global leader in energy management technologies and sustainable electrical solutions, in the search for a Dutch-speaking Technical Support Engineer.
This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career electrical or electronic engineering professional who enjoys solving technical problems, supporting customers, and working within an international environment.

The Opportunity
As a Technical Support Engineer, you will provide technical assistance to customers, end users, distributors, wholesalers, panel builders, internal teams, and other business partners.
You will act as a key point of contact through telephone, email, web tickets, and online channels, supporting customers with questions related to the company’s electrical product portfolio.
The role combines technical troubleshooting, customer support, product guidance, and close cooperation with sales, quality, logistics, product management, research and development, manufacturing, and service teams.
You will primarily support customers across the EMEA region, while occasionally assisting colleagues and customers in APAC and the Americas.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance related to single-phase UPS products, including both hardware and software.

• Respond to customer enquiries through phone, email, web tickets, and online chat.

• Support customers with product selection, application guidance, technical documentation, warranty enquiries, repair requests, and calibration needs.

• Act as the first point of escalation for non-standard technical enquiries and more advanced troubleshooting cases.

• Manage and follow up on technical escalations involving Level 2, Level 3, Quality, and other specialist teams.

• Collaborate with internal departments, including Sales, Product Management, Research and Development, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and Service.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date process documentation.

• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Contribute to improving customer satisfaction, reducing customer effort, and enhancing response and resolution times.

• Support a high-quality, performance-driven customer service culture.

Candidate Profile
We are looking for a technically minded and customer-focused professional who is confident communicating in both Dutch and English.
The ideal candidate will have:
• A bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a closely related technical discipline.
• A basic understanding of electrical products and their applications.
• Basic knowledge of computer networks.
• Excellent Dutch and English language skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Clear and professional communication skills.
• A customer-oriented mindset and willingness to learn.
• The ability to work effectively with colleagues across different functions and countries.
Previous professional experience is not essential. Applications from recent graduates and junior professionals with relevant academic, internship, or practical technical experience are welcome.
