Graphic Designer (Berlin-based, Hybrid Work)

Be.Entertained is a Berlin-based production company specializing in large-scale cultural events across Germany.

With 150–250 events produced every year, our portfolio includes national tours, unique one-off events, and creative collaborations with leading theaters, orchestras, and artists from around the globe. Our mission is to combine artistic excellence, immersive storytelling, and unforgettable visual experiences.

Tasks

• Create graphic designs for various purposes — from marketing campaigns to stage visuals.
• Design posters, flyers, brochures, event programs, social media assets, and merchandise.
• Maintain and evolve the company’s visual brand identity.
• Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with printers and production suppliers.
• Adapt designs to various formats and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, SMM, and production teams to meet creative and commercial goals.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer (entertainment, cultural, or events industry experience is a plus).

Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Excellent sense of typography, color, and layout.

Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.

Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for culture and live events.

Must be based in Berlin and available to work from our office several times a week.

Fluency in Russian and English is required
