We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Working Student to join our Transactional Accounting team in Berlin. In this role, you will support day-to-day subledger operations for our German entities and gain hands-on experience in transactional accounting. You will work closely with experienced accounting professionals in a modern, international environment and grow your skills over time.

• Support daily Accounts Payable (AP) activities, including invoice verification, basic coding, reconciliations, and vendor communication under supervision
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks such as payment allocation, dunning support, and customer master data maintenance
• Ensure timely and accurate transaction processing in our ERP system (NetSuite)
• Help maintain proper documentation and internal controls to support accounting accuracy and compliance
• Support month-end closing activities, including subledger checks and basic reconciliations
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g. Procurement and Customer Service) to help resolve transactional discrepancies
• Provide general administrative and operational support to the finance team

• Currently enrolled student in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• First exposure to accounting through internships, coursework, or working student roles is an advantage but not mandatory
• Basic understanding of accounting principles; interest in German GAAP (HGB) is a plus
• Interest in learning and working with ERP systems; NetSuite experience is an advantage but not required
• Good MS Excel skills and willingness to continuously learn
• High attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive mindset
• Fluency in English; German skills are an advantage
