On behalf of our client, we are looking for someone who wants to build companies, not just work for one. Meta Hire Group has partnered with a growing affiliate company seeking a talented Venture Lead! .

In this role, you will work 1:1 with the founder across product, growth, strategy, and new ventures, with the clear goal of taking full ownership of products and eventually leading entire business lines. You’ll help shape what gets built, bring ideas to market using existing resources, secure distribution, talk directly to users, and aggressively scale what works.

Think of it as having the best aspects of being a founder, high autonomy, speed, and massive upside, backed by an established team, technical infrastructure, existing distribution, and a 35K+ user base from day one.

What You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 with the founder across key strategic and operational initiatives.

• Identify, validate, and launch new products, ventures, and business opportunities.

• Own end-to-end execution across product, distribution, and growth.

• Leverage existing team bandwidth and resources to take concepts from 0 to 1 quickly.

• Build high-impact partnerships and creative acquisition/distribution channels.

• Leverage AI workflows aggressively to increase output and move faster.

• Take full, long-term ownership and P&L leadership of the ventures you build.

Who We’re Looking For

• Highly ambitious, proactive, and driven by high-velocity execution over consensus.

• iGaming or Web3 experience is a must

• You may be an ex-founder, an early-stage operator, an ambitious product/growth lead, or simply someone with a track record of relentlessly shipping side projects.

• You learn quickly, operate seamlessly without a playbook, and figure out solutions independently.

• You understand unit economics, user psychology, and what makes products win in distribution.
