Your Role – meaningful & rewarding​

• You collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, data experts and business stakeholders, to understand business needs and build operational data-driven solutions that have global impact and scale to all E.ON countries

• You take responsibility in the end-to-end lifecycle of projects, define scope and deliverables with the business and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions

• You communicate findings, insights and decisions effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences

• You foster collaboration across teams, providing hands-on technical guidance, building a GenAI community of practice, and supporting team development

• You share your ideas and convince to go new ways

Your Profile – authentic & open-minded

• You have extensive professional experience in generative AI (also ML, Agentic AI and AI Agents), and a consulting background

• You have a proven track record of building end-to-end generative AI solutions

• Ideally, you have a proven track record of functional leadership, with experience driving cross-functional AI initiatives and mentoring technical teams

• You have excellent communication skills engaging various stakeholders matching the audience

• You have a strategic mindset and organizational awareness, capable of balancing immediate project needs with long-term technology and business alignment

• You have good experience with software development best practices, including version control, continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD), monitoring, automation and testing

• You are fluen in English and German
