Internship: Junior AI & Learning Consultant (f/m/d, Full-Time, Paid)

Bots & People offers Global Upskilling Initiatives training people in topics like AI or Personal Productivity at scale.

Are you interested in L&D, Edtech, Consulting, technology, or especially artificial intelligence (AI)? At Bots & People, you will work with the newest AI tools and see how AI is changing the way large companies work. We are looking for a motivated intern to support our Senior Learning Consultants in exciting AI-driven projects.

Tasks

What You Will Do

• Work with our Senior Learning Consultants: Join real projects with customers and see how we train major enterprises in how to use AI for their daily work
• Support project management: Set up MS Teams calls, update project lists, generate feedback reports and help us prepare tasks for automation with AI.
• Content Creation : Support with generating and uploading training content in our interactive facilitation tools like Butter or Canva.
• Take part in important training sessions and meetings: Help with live training sessions, assist in creating learning content, and join meetings with well-known companies like Telekom, Mercedes, Daimler Truck and more.
• Learn from experts: Work together with the absolute specialists in AI, process automation, and digital transformation.

Requirements

What We Are Looking For

• You are studying for your master’s degree.
• You want to start a career in L&D, training industry, consulting, technology, or AI.
• You are interested in topics like AI, automation, and business transformation.
• You speak and write well in both German and English.
• You are organized and like to solve problems on your own.

Extra Advantage If You Have:

• Done an internship in a L&D function or consultancy before.
• Experience with AI or digital transformation projects.
