About the Role

We’re looking for a Founder’s Associate – Creative Projects to work closely with our founders and take ownership of creative projects that build visibility and excitement around Beam AI.

We’re looking for someone who can spot opportunities, develop strong creative ideas and turn them into initiatives that get noticed. You’ll have the freedom to explore different ideas, big or small, and formats — from content and campaigns to collaborations, founder-led initiatives and entirely new creative projects.

You’ll identify what is resonating with audiences, understand where there is an opportunity for Beam, and turn those insights into creative projects that move us forward.

Responsibilities

• Strong creative instincts, with a natural ability to spot interesting ideas, and emerging platforms where Beam could show up authentically.
• A constant source of fresh and unexpected ideas, with a strong instinct for what could make Beam more visible, and memorable.
• Strong ownership and execution skills, able to independently develop a concept, bring the right people together, and turn an idea into a real project.
• An AI native approach to creativity, using AI as a creative advantage to explore, prototype, and execute ideas faster.
• Curiosity and willingness to experiment, test unconventional ideas, learn quickly from what works and what doesn’t, and use those learnings to shape the way forward.
• Strong follow through, with the ability to track projects from idea through execution, understand their impact, and continuously improve based on outcomes.
• Strong communication and judgment, with the ability to work closely with the founders and translate Beam’s vision, perspectives, and ambitions into compelling creative projects and opportunities.

Requirements

• Has 1+ years of experience in a similar role within a fast-growing tech, startup or SaaS environment.
• Has a strong understanding of social platforms, digital culture and emerging formats.
• Is highly curious about people, culture, technology, brands and what captures attention.
• Is comfortable working with ambiguity and creating structure where there isn't any.
• Is genuinely excited by AI and curious about how new tools can change the way creative work gets done.
• Has a sharp creative instinct while naturally aligning with Beam’s DNA.
• Is based in Berlin.
• Has professional proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.

Bonus Points If You…

• Have a portfolio or track record of projects you’ve initiated and executed, whether professional or personal.
• Have experience working with AI creative tools and using them to experiment, prototype or produce content.
• Have worked directly with founders, leadership teams and fast-moving teams.
• Have a natural instinct for storytelling, visual communication or content creation.
