• Own the product platform vision behind opus AI agents
• Design scalable product primitives – APIs, workflows, agent capabilities
• Set clear standards for prioritisation, evaluation, and delivery
• Partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams on customer impact
• Build feedback loops to track performance, reliability, and adoption
