As Key Account Manager (gn) South, You take on a central role in the strategic management and development of our enterprise clients in the southern region. You ensure continuity in existing accounts, actively drive cross- and upselling opportunities, and build lasting relationships at decision-maker level. You work closely with Account Management and Customer Success and have a direct impact on our growth strategy in the enterprise segment. • You manage and develop strategic enterprise clients in the southern region with a clear focus on existing accounts
• You build strong relationships with key decision-makers and navigate complex stakeholder structures with confidence
• You analyse client needs, identify growth potential, and position the right solutions from our multi-benefit portfolio
• You independently manage proposal processes, contract negotiations, and renewal and expansion deals
• You identify cross- and upselling opportunities and implement them together with Account Management and Customer Success
• You maintain clean CRM documentation and actively contribute your best practices to the development of our sales playbook

Your profile

• You have several years of experience in key account management or strategic B2B client management – ideally in SaaS, platform, or complex solution sales
• You think strategically, work in a structured way, and enjoy developing accounts over the long term
• You communicate value clearly and can quantify benefits in a compelling way
• CRM tools such as HubSpot or Dynamics are part of your daily workflow
• You communicate confidently in German (C2) and are willing to travel regularly within the southern region
• You work independently, prioritise smartly, and always keep your accounts under control
