Your mission

As Senior UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) , you’ll take full ownership of user experience and visual design across a key part of our platform - shaping seamless, intuitive interfaces for our AI-powered B2B SaaS product. Your work will span the full design process, from deep user research and concept development to prototyping and implementation.
You’ll be part of a highly skilled cross-functional team and collaborate closely with product and engineering to bring best-in-class user experiences to life. With a bias for action, a high bar for quality, and a drive to generate measurable impact, you’ll make a lasting mark on the future of workforce technology.

We’re looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible - at our headquarters in Munich , or in Berlin or Halle (Saale) in a hybrid setup .

• Human-Centered Design: You lead the end-to-end design process: from user research, journey mapping and ideation to prototyping and usability testing - always grounded in empathy and insight.
• Systematic Excellence: You actively shape and scale our evolving design system, ensuring component consistency and visual excellence across products - always in line with our brand identity and accessibility standards.
• Collaboration & Implementation: You work side-by-side with engineering, aligning on feasibility and technical constraints - ensuring your designs are not only visionary, but also buildable.
• Strategic Problem-Solving: You translate complexity into clarity, balancing user needs, business goals and tech realities to deliver elegant, effective and scalable solutions.
• Innovation Culture: You foster a culture of experimentation, continuously challenging assumptions and encouraging breakthrough thinking - from the first sketch to final ship.

Your skillset

• Proven Expertise: You bring 5+ years of UX/UI design experience, including work on complex B2B SaaS platforms or workforce/automation solutions - and a portfolio that demonstrates both conceptual strength and product impact.
• Tools & Systems Mastery: You’re fluent in Figma and component-based design, experienced with Tokens Studio, and adept at building and evolving scalable design systems with precision and vision.
• User Research Proficiency: You use qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, surveys, usability tests) to understand users deeply - and iteratively improve your designs with evidence, not guesswork.
• Collaboration & Communication: You facilitate co-creation sessions, lead workshops in Miro/FigJam, and communicate clearly with stakeholders and developers alike - turning feedback into alignment.
• Leadership Potential: You have a bias for action, thrive in fast-paced environments, and are open to evolving into a lead role - helping grow our design culture through mentoring and strategic ownership.
