INTERNSHIP ADMNISTRATIVE ASSISTANT

We are offering an exciting unpaid internship for a motivated and organized individual to join us as a Personal Assistant Intern . This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in both administrative support and digital marketing , while developing valuable professional skills. You will work closely with management and be given the opportunity to learn how to manage operations and support online marketing activities.

Tasks

Administrative Support

• Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination.
• Help organize digital and physical files, documents, and records.
• Draft and edit emails, reports, and presentations.
• Support day-to-day administrative operations.

Digital Marketing Support

• Assist with creating and scheduling social media posts.
• Help with content creation (basic graphics, captions, newsletters).
• Support in monitoring analytics and preparing simple reports.
• Research market trends, competitors, and new tools.
• Contribute creative ideas to strengthen the brand’s online presence.

What We’re Looking For

Requirements

Current student or recent graduate (Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred).

Interest in administration and digital marketing.

Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok).

Familiarity with Canva, Google Workspace, or MS Office is a plus.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Eagerness to learn, adaptable, and proactive.
