About this position

This position plays a strategic role in Maurten´s future growth and we are looking for a candidate to revolutionize how we elevate the Athletes experience. As the Ambassador Manager Sport Culture Cycling, you'll serve as the bridge between Maurten and the key Ambassadors within the cycling industry, including crews, content creators and community leaders who are driving cultural shifts. Your role will be pivotal in energizing our business and shaping the future of sport by creating powerful platforms that merge sport and culture, making it accessible and impactful.

Job responsibilities

As the Manager Sport Culture Cycling, you will work within the Ambassador Team alongside the Marketing Operations, Sports Marketing, and Communication functions.

We are seeking a skilled professional who:

· Engages with key cultural voices within the cycling industry including content creators, crews, ambassadors, activists, and community leaders, fostering meaningful connections and collaborations.

· Works closely with ambassadors to develop engaging content that aligns with Maurten's brand messaging and resonates with the target audience. Acts as a the main point of contact, to provide guidance, creative direction and feedback throughout the content creation process.

· Collaborates with internal relevant teams to develop marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance brand awareness, engagement and business growth.

· Champion our brand's mission and values within the sports and cultural communities, leveraging strategic partnerships and platforms to advocate for inclusivity, diversity, and empowerment, while driving positive change and impact.

· Establishing and tracking of key performance indicators, analyzing data to measure the effectiveness of the ambassador program, and providing regular reports.

We are looking for someone that has a passion for cycling and a deep understanding of sport culture and communities. The ideal candidate has an understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to navigate and respectfully engage with diverse communities. · Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on influencer/ambassador marketing

· Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, sports management or related fields

· Proven experience in partnership management, influencer marketing, or brand ambassador programs within the sports industry

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute innovative ideas

· Strong project management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

· Proficiency in using social media platforms and analytical tools
