JetBrains IDE Services is a suite of B2B products aimed at helping developer productivity engineers deliver a better development experience across their organizations. These products include IDE Provisioner, License Vault, Code With Me Enterprise, and AI Enterprise.

Now, we are expanding our offerings with enhanced analytics capabilities. Our vision is to help enterprises realize and maximize the value of using JetBrains tools through powerful, customizable insights into developer productivity and continuous learning trends. To support this, we are seeking a talented and driven Senior Product Manager to lead our analytics and data collection strategy.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the strategy and execution of our analytics and reporting capabilities for IDE Services.
• Conduct user research and interviews to understand enterprise needs for tracking and improving developer productivity.
• Work with research teams to define and collect key metrics on developer tool usage and adoption.
• Shape the product roadmap for data collection, reporting, and insights features based on customer needs and competitive analysis.
• Develop flexible and customizable reporting frameworks to enable enterprises to create meaningful insights tailored to their business goals.
• Prioritize and drive features that support continuous learning, adoption trends, and organizational developer effectiveness.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, UX, marketing, and sales teams to deliver high-quality analytics solutions.
• Represent enterprise customers internally, advocating for their needs and ensuring data privacy and compliance standards are met.

Voraussetzungen

We'd be happy to have you on our team if you:

• Have at least 5 years of experience in product management, ideally focused on analytics, BI, data platforms, or developer tools.
• Possess a strong technical background and understanding of data collection, storage, and reporting architectures, both for cloud and on-premesis services.
• Are experienced in working with both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Have a proven track record of successfully delivering new product capabilities, especially related to data, analytics, or enterprise software.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English (C1 level or above).
• Can write compelling, well-structured documents and proposals for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Are comfortable collaborating across multiple teams and departments, including engineering, marketing, and customer success.

We'd be especially thrilled if you:

• Have experience working with developer tools, either as a product manager or as a user.
• Have knowledge of enterprise software environments and SaaS product ecosystems.
• Are familiar with analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Power BI) or have experience building internal analytics solutions.
• Have experience managing data privacy, security, and compliance considerations in product development.
