Senior Analyst /Scientist (E-Mobility & Charging) (f/m/d)
- Analyze charging data, billing flows, and customer usage to identify drivers of revenue, cost, and engagement.
- Build predictive models for churn, load forecasting, pricing, and promotion effectiveness.
- Design and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to validate product and commercial initiatives.
- Develop advanced analytics in Snowflake and PostgreSQL, leveraging Python or R for modeling.
- Translate complex models into actionable insights and communicate results to non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with analysts and engineers to ensure data availability, quality, and scalability.
- 5-8 years of experience in data science, ideally in mobility, energy, or fintech.
- Strong SQL skills (Snowflake, PostgreSQL) and solid experience with Python (or R).
- Proven track record of applying ML/statistical models to real-world business problems.
- Experience with experimentation frameworks and advanced statistical methods.
- Familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for storytelling and insight communication.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to bridge technical outputs with strategic decisions.
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
