Working Student HR Admin & Payroll - Italian language (m/w/d)

KWS Berlin GmbH is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student - focus on Italian (m/w/d) to join our International Human Resources team. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of HR while contributing to the development and implementation of HR strategies on a global scale. This is a fixed-term (12 months)and 20h/week position, based in Berlin .

Your responsibilities:

• Assist with data management and reporting tasks, including maintaining HR databases, generating reports, and analyzing trends to support decision-making.
• Utilize technical aptitude in order to support with implementation and testing of global HCM system Employee Central
• Demonstrate proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel for creating, editing, and formatting documents, utilizing advanced formatting features.
• Apply a strong understanding of document management principles within Microsoft Word, including version control, track changes, and document sharing.
• Ideally, leverage experience in using PowerDocs for creating, editing, and managing documents within the application.

Your profile:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 semesters left of studies;
• Technical aptitude to quickly learn and adapt to new software applications and technologies related to document management.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in HR, particularly in an international context.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills, capable of managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Word and Excel; experience with PowerDocs is a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a dynamic environment.
• Fluency in English and Italian, Hungarian language skills would be a nice to have
