What you'll build

 

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, managers, designers, and product managers to help us shape a great team culture and set up the team(s) for success.

This might include (but not limited):

• Build dashboard to track user behavior and help us take the right product decision
• Regularly report on engineering health and progress and help us improve our operations & processes
• Drive or support projects in the areas of process management, information management, ... to increase team collaboration
• Support the team, manager and group level activities

 

This work will allow you to get first-hand experience and be close to topics like agile engineering processes, team management, product management, AI change management, and others.

What you bring

 

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business, IT, Computer Science
• Strong English communication skills
• You leverage AI to accomplish your tasks efficiently, and are eager to try and learn
• Technical skills: SQL, Python or experience with reporting / analytics tools are a plus
• Professional skills: Curiosity, team player. You are a self-starter and have strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ideally experience or knowledge about agile engineering processes, Jira, Pendo or similar topics
