We are looking for an experienced Team Lead (m/f/d) for our international Claims Management team in Berlin. In this strategic leadership role, you will take responsibility for a team of 10+ employees and drive the further development of our claims processes at an international level.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

• You lead and motivate a team of 10+ employees, ensuring high service and quality standards
• You develop and implement the technical vision, defining standards and best practices
• You shape mid- and long-term strategies aligned with company objectives
• You drive day-to-day operations, achieving ambitious targets and optimizing processes for efficiency and customer focus
• You collaborate closely with business units and other teams to build strong partnerships
• You champion change initiatives, tackle challenges with confidence, and lead by example to foster trust and accountability

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

• Leadership  You have first experience in a leadership role or a strong ambition to become a leader
• Communication  You are fluent in English and bring strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a positive can-do mindset
• Technical Skills  You are proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Execution: You work in a structured, hands-on manner and take a proactive approach
• Problem-Solving  You demonstrate strong analytical skills and a creative approach to developing people and processes
• Advantage  You bring additional language skills and/or experience in international claims management or the insurance industry
