Digital Marketing Manager - B2B Fintech (m/f/d)

Your Role

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to own and scale our digital growth engine across strategy, execution, and performance on a fixed-term contract of approximately one year .

You’ll be responsible for turning our digital channels into a predictable source of high-quality pipeline, guiding prospects from first touch through conversion while building the marketing operations foundation needed to scale.
This is a hands-on role with significant ownership and a direct impact on pipeline, revenue, and growth from day one.

What You’ll Own

• Digital pipeline growth and quality across paid and organic channels, with a focus on revenue impact rather than vanity metrics
• ABM strategy and execution , including continuous testing of audiences, creative, messaging, and channels to improve conversion and CAC
• The end-to-end digital funnel , from acquisition through conversion, including website UX, SEO, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization
• Multi-channel nurture journeys across email, retargeting, and personalization, evolving toward persona- and vertical-specific programs
• Marketing operations infrastructure , including CRM tracking, attribution, lead routing, lead scoring, lifecycle stages, and reporting tied to business outcomes
• CRM and pipeline hygiene , working closely with Sales and the wider GTM team to improve data quality and process discipline
• Marketing data governance and GDPR compliance across our digital marketing systems
• Digital strategy and competitive analysis , translating market, customer, and performance insights into conversion-focused initiatives in partnership with Content and Product

Your Skillset

• Proven experience owning digital growth in a B2B environment , ideally within fintech, banking, payments, SaaS, or another complex B2B category
• Hands-on experience with ABM, paid acquisition, organic growth, and campaign optimization , with a strong understanding of CAC and pipeline economics
• A strong grasp of funnel and lifecycle marketing , including website conversion, SEO, nurture programs, lead scoring, and lifecycle progression
• Practical experience with marketing operations , including CRM, attribution, automation, reporting, and data quality
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate performance data into clear priorities and actions
• A balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution — comfortable setting direction while also building campaigns, optimizing journeys, and solving operational issues yourself
• Confidence working with modern marketing tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and AI-assisted workflows
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively across Marketing, Sales, Product, and other GTM teams
• Near-native level of German (C2) and Fluent English.
