Operations Director (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Operational Leadership: Own and develop the agency's delivery operating model; establish consistent processes, governance and best practice; lead Delivery and Resource Management functions; build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Delivery Excellence: Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within budget and to required quality standards; monitor programme health and delivery risks; resolve delivery challenges and remove operational blockers
• Resource & Commercial Management: Lead resource planning, utilisation and capacity management; partner with Finance and Account Management to improve recovery and profitability; ensure alignment of delivery plans, resource requirements and commercial expectations
• Cross-Agency Delivery : Design and improve the operating model for delivering campaigns across multiple teams and agencies; define clear roles, responsibilities and governance; ensure consistent onboarding, planning and quality assurance processes
• Monitoring & Performance: Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality and profitability
• Future Development: Drive AI-enabled operational improvements, workflow automation, technology optimisation and scalable delivery models

Dein Profil

• Extensive experience in a role as Operations Director, Head of Operations, or in a leadership position within an agency
• Understanding of business and finance
• Experience managing resource planning, utilization, and operational performance
• Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working with Adobe Workfront and digital CMS platforms
• Fluency in spoken and written German and very good English skills
