Our client provides cutting-edge software and solutions to help restaurants grow and manage their operations efficiently. With an extensive presence across Europe, they are now scaling their Field Sales team in Germany and are looking for driven and energetic Field Sales Representatives to join their mission.

💼 About the Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you will play a key role in identifying and onboarding new restaurant partners. You’ll meet restaurant owners and managers face-to-face, understand their needs, and show them how the platform can drive growth, boost visibility, and simplify their operations.

🚀 Your Day-to-Day

• Identify and target restaurants in your area using a mix of drop-ins and scheduled meetings
• Conduct 4–5 in-person visits per day to pitch the company’s SaaS products and services
• Deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to each restaurant’s needs
• Highlight key features such as: table booking tools, online visibility, digital payments, and promotions
• Follow up to close deals and onboard new partners to the platform
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth transition and setup for new clients

🧠 What You Bring

• Fluent German and good English communication skills
• Previous experience in B2B sales , ideally in tech, hospitality, or restaurant-related services
• A proactive, target-driven mindset with the ability to close deals quickly
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills — confident talking to owners and decision-makers
• Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently
• Tech-savvy with basic CRM and Microsoft Office knowledge
• Passion for food and the hospitality industry is a big plus!
