Dynamics 365 F&O Finance Process Consultant
This job operates on a hybrid model, requiring you to be based and work from within Bulgaria.
YOUR MISSION
- Guide clients through finance transformation journeys, aligning processes with Dynamics 365 F&O capabilities
- Lead workshops, perform FIT/GAP analyses, and design scalable, efficient finance process flows
- Configure and enhance Finance modules such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Credit & Collections
- Collaborate with architects and developers on integrations, data migrations, and solution delivery
- Support testing, training, and go-live activities, ensuring business readiness and adoption.
- Drive process improvements by applying strong accounting insight and system expertise.
- Contribute to continuous learning and knowledge sharing within the Dynamics 365 team
YOUR EXPERIENCE & TALENTS
- Proven functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O Finance, with a strong grasp of core financial processes
- Ability to translate business needs into system configurations and actionable designs
- Confidence working cross-functionally with technical, business, and project teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
- Experience with Project Operations, Budgeting, or RCS Globalisation Features is a plus
- Certification in Dynamics 365 Finance (MB-310) or equivalent practical knowledge preferred
- Fluent English; other European languages like Dutch and/or French are an advantage
