Syndikusrechtsanwalt (Legal Counsel)
At Lassie, we’re redefining what pet insurance means. Our mission goes beyond protection—we empower pet owners to prevent illness and strengthen the bond between them and their pets. With operations across several European markets, Lassie is growing rapidly—and with that growth comes an even greater responsibility to protect our customers in the best possible way. Germany is one of our key markets, and its highly regulated insurance landscape gives us a valuable opportunity to set a high standard for legal compliance and customer protection. By strengthening our in-house legal expertise, we can proactively ensure that our insurance services are not only compliant, but also fair, transparent, and trusted by our policyholders.

This role will also act as the main liaison for legal compliance in Germany, playing a key part in reducing external legal costs, mitigating regulatory risks, and enabling sustainable growth. You will collaborate closely with the Country Manager Germany and internal teams across the company. Occasional travel to Sweden is expected.
