Industrial procurement is a €900B market in Europe alone and the largest manual market on earth. 95% of customers have no direct access to global supply chains. Materials pass through four or five intermediaries before they reach a site, and 40% of the margin evaporates on the way. For decades, the operating system of this industry was people: people to source, negotiate, finance, ship, and sell.

We built the alternative from scratch. We are the supplier. We buy from global sources and sell to European customers on our own account. Our AI runs the full trade: sourcing, quality, pricing, sales, logistics, credit, and financing. One request. A firm quote in minutes. Delivered on time. For the customer, it feels like buying from their preferred local supplier. No warehouses. No fleet. No inventory risk. Every trade is pre-sold before it is bought.

We are also the credit counterparty. Customers are scored and insured in minutes and get up to 60 days of payment terms priced into the quote itself. The working capital behind every trade is bank-funded, not equity-funded.

• Strong triple-digit-million euro turnover run rate, the majority of it from repeat customers

• Seven European markets live, sourced from suppliers across Asia and beyond

• 80+ people across Berlin (HQ), London, and Shanghai

• $90M raised in equity and debt, including our $40M Series B, from Atomico, Project A, Target Global, and Inven Capital - with working capital facilities from UniCredit and KfW

We offer a highly competitive compensation package with On-Target Earnings (OTE) , designed to reward high performance and results. This includes a strong base salary complemented by an uncapped commission structure , meaning there is no limit to what you can earn — your success directly drives your income. What you will do

• Trading & Sales : Sell and trade construction materials across the DACH and key European markets. You’ll build and manage customer relationships, negotiate pricing and volumes, and take full ownership of deals from lead generation to closing. Your focus will be on driving profitable transactions in a fast-paced, margin-sensitive environment.

• Market & Strategy : Track market trends, pricing, and demand across various regions. You’ll run competitive analyses, identify trading opportunities, and contribute to our buying and selling strategies with real-time insights.

• Operational Execution : Ensure smooth end-to-end execution of trades — from order processing and logistics coordination to invoicing and delivery follow-up. You'll collaborate closely with the Ops and Finance teams to make sure everything runs like clockwork.

• Team & Culture : We’re building a high-performing, entrepreneurial team. You’ll contribute to its growth by bringing energy, curiosity, and a hands-on mindset. As we grow, so will your role — fast.

Who you are

• You demonstrate excellent German/Italian/French language skills , both strong verbal and written communication skills in English

• You bring first experience in a highly competitive environment such as Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Venture Capital or a high-growth startup.

• You are interested in and passionate about growth startup and to change a traditional industry together with an international team

• You have strong analytical and communication skills

• You possess a hands-on mentality - only the implementation satisfies you.

• You demonstrate ability to speak directly with customers, suppliers, partners and investors, and take the initiative to get involved
