Performance Marketing Manager

As a Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of high-performing campaigns across channels, shaping how brands connect and convert in a fast-evolving landscape.
You’ll work at the intersection of analytics and creativity, guiding specialists and stakeholders, mentoring talent, and driving performance at scale. With a strong command of platforms, data, and client needs, you’ll elevate campaign outcomes while continuously pushing LOOP’s media capabilities forward.
Requirements
- Develop Performance Strategies: Own end-to-end digital media strategies across paid channels, aligning with business goals and driving measurable growth
- Drive Campaign Excellence: Oversee setup, execution, and optimization of campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok, and emerging channels – deep platform knowledge is required.
- Turn Data into Action: Analyze complex datasets, extract insights, and translate them into clear optimization strategies and client recommendations. Experience with Google Analytics or a similar tool is required.
- Elevate Reporting Standards: Build and refine advanced reporting frameworks, dashboards, and performance forecasts for internal and client use with our LOOP.Report tool
- Guide and Mentor Teams : Lead, support, and develop junior team members, fostering strong media expertise and a culture of continuous improvement
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with creative, strategy, and client teams to ensure cohesive, high-impact campaign delivery
- Innovate and Optimize Continuously: Stay ahead of digital trends, test new tools and approaches, and scale what works to maximize efficiency and ROI. In addition hands-on experience with various AI-tools (especially as an internal enablement) is a requirement.
- Demonstrate Confidence: Exhibit strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills across teams and stakeholders
- Work Independently and Efficiently: Maintain a structured and organized approach with strong experience using all Microsoft Office tools

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 40,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
