DE JOB
As an AllSaints Stylist, you are the essential link between our products and customers.
You'll spend most of your day on the shop floor, styling and influencing our customers in-store. There are also opportunities to gain experience in visual merchandising, general brand activities/operations, and personal shopping.
You'll work closely with your management team, supporting the store in achieving its goals, selling our collections to our customers, and ensuring our stores always look their best.
You'll be provided with excellent training tools and product knowledge, and it's up to you to make the most of them, developing and learning what will further advance your career at AllSaints.
WHAT WILL I DO?
- Our stores are bustling with activity, and you'll spend most of your time on the shop floor. Your day will be varied, fast-paced, and above all, entertaining!
- They style our customers in our latest collections, share their detailed product knowledge, and offer them an exceptional brand experience.
- They will actively maintain and care for the store's aesthetics; they will ensure that products are always available for our customers and that floor sets and standards are always adhered to.
- Stock replenishment, deliveries, and digital ordering will become part of your daily routine as you use our digital tools to support a positive customer journey.
- You will process and answer first-line customer inquiries, emails, chats, and calls on various topics related to product and customer orders via our online customer service system.
- They will be empowered to make service decisions for our customers to solve their problems while maintaining their loyalty and trust.
- They always put the customer at the center of their actions and work as an AllSaints team to achieve the best result.
- They greet our customers in our store and adapt their approach to support the purpose of their visit.
- Managing finances and ensuring that human resources meet the highest expectations.
- You will work as a team towards the same goal and support each other. Observe your colleagues and seek feedback to support your growth and development.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED?
- Friendly and attentive; they constantly interact with customers in-store from all over the world to provide an exceptional customer experience.
- Awareness and knowledge of our brand, our style and our brand values – you support and influence your colleagues and customers alike.
- Skill and a lot of enthusiasm – you will spend a lot of time interacting with both customers and colleagues.
- Good problem-solving techniques and the ability to do so quickly, empathetically, and sometimes under pressure.
- Technically skilled; you will handle many transactions and branch deliveries using our digital tools in the store and answer customer inquiries using our online customer service system.
- They actively participate in brand campaigns, lookbooks and new product launches, and are passionate advocates for all AllSaints topics.
- Excellent attention to detail
- A confident communicator
- You love fashion! You must be an incredible AllSaints ambassador and believe in the power of a fantastic new outfit.
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Our concession in KaDeWe, Berlin has been open since 2014 and usually trades from 10:00am - 20:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Our team loves fashion and styling our clients, and share a common passion for living in the city of Berlin for all of its charm. Fun fact, the KaDeWe store was originally founded in 1907. Store Location . Approximately a 20 minute journey from Berlin Alexanderplatz station.
