We've grown our operations from just four countries across the Nordics to 30 countries across Europe and Asia today and are expanding our offering beyond food into retail, ranging from grocery to home & general merchandise.

We are looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Merchant Integrations team in the Merchant Strategy and Operations Group to help POS companies, ERP companies, and other software providers build integrations with Wolt Merchant products at the foundation of Wolt. Our mission is to make Wolt an integral part of our merchants' daily lives. In Merchant Integrations we give them tools and automation that are useful, efficient, reliable, and delightful to use. Essentially, we aim to save hours of our merchants time with automation - enabling them to focus on doing what they do best. Our users are tens of thousands of restaurants and shops, and hundreds of thousands of merchant employees. Our tools are used by them daily, with a very high degree of engagement.

The role will focus on proactively building product partnerships with 3rd party software providers by ensuring that integration builds are correctly implemented and upgraded. What you'll be doing

• Manage the entire lifecycle of API integration projects, from initial analysis through scope definition and planning, to development and launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations
• Driving API-feature adoption, including managing incoming integration requests from integrators and reaching out to POS companies and facilitating integrations with Wolt.
• Working with the integrations product team at Wolt to discover product partnership needs across various markets.
• Planning and executing integration rollouts to existing and new merchant venues on Wolt.
• Guiding implementation: Proposing various integration data flows based on use cases and merchant challenges as well as helping integrators with testing and best practices.
• Managing relationships and monitoring integrations, supporting our local teams with 2nd Level-Support request for integration partner
• You will be reporting to the TAM Team Lead

Our humble expectations

• A solid understanding of APIs, functional testing and experience in management tools such as Postman is a plus.
• Project management experience, preferably agile, to help middleware and software partners implement and manage integrations.
• Drive, ownership, and independence. Comfortable working both independently as well as managing a group of stakeholders, often in parallel across multiple topics.
• Stellar capabilities in running down complex technical topics for an non-techical audience
• Good experience in generating insights with Looker or other BI tools is a plus!
• Develop and maintain comprehensive internal technical documentation and detailed instructions, ensuring they are up-to-date, easily accessible, and effectively communicated to all relevant stakeholders to support seamless project execution and support
• Experience or contacts with POS, MWP or other integration partner from the DACH region is a strong plus
