Following an internal mobility, it has been decided to recruit a new EMEAA Security Director.
Your responsabilities:
Your priority: to guarantee and maintain an impeccable level of security standards and compliance throughout the EMEAA region.

- Maintaining regular and constructive relationships with security authorities in the region (General Services, Police, Customs, etc.) to identify specific threats,

In addition, you will lead an internal audit team covering safety, security, environment, and quality. A Lead Auditor, responsible for this team, will report directly to you.
Your role is twofold:
• To continuously enhance the auditors' skill and expertise,

- You must have significant experience in the aviation sector.
- You have at least 10 years of professional experience, including a significant period as a

- You are fluent in English and you speak French well.
- You are a unifying and structuring leader, capable of delivering a clear vision of security in an international, operational, and high-risk environment.
- You know how to lead and unite multicultural security communities, create a common approach, and engage teams around shared objectives.
- With strong leadership and excellent interpersonal skills, you manage international teams with high standards and empathy. Your ability to combine strategic vision, practical experience, and cross-functional collaboration will enable you to ensure the long-term security of the group's activities within a complex global context. Occasional travel will be required (approximately one week every two months).
Additional information:
Reporting to the Vice President of Safety & Security, you will work in a highly regulated environment, at the heart of the security challenges of air freight transport.
