(Junior-) Webflow Project Manager

🥊 The Challenge

Magier is looking for a (Junior-) Webflow Project Manager to oversee creative projects for some of the world’s leading companies. You will be responsible for communicating with clients, preparing work packages for developers, managing workflows, and ensuring we consistently deliver pixel-perfect results.

📇 What You Will Be Doing

• Communicate with clients to understand their needs and objectives
• Coordinate and partially execute daily Webflow tasks, plan workflows, and manage deadlines
• Ensure quality control for Webflow projects, delivering nothing less than pixel-perfect outcomes
• Continuously optimize processes and workflows
• Motivate the team to always deliver 100%

✌🏻 What You Need to Succeed

• Proficiency in Webflow (Components, Client First, CMS, etc.)
• Professional experience managing creative projects (e.g., Creative Project Manager, Campaign Manager, ...)
• Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
  
• A strong, proactive attitude, with autonomy and accountability
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset
• Understanding of creative communication and how innovative content drives business results
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English; knowledge of German is a plus
• Bonus: Knowledge of CRO, A/B testing, Funnels, and experience in the SaaS industry
