Tasks
- Build our Instagram & TikTok presence from scratch — strategy, content, community - Film, edit, and post Reels & TikToks — raw and real, no agency polish, no filters - Join us at startup events across Berlin and cover them live (travel fully covered) - Own the content calendar and bring your own ideas to the table - Engage with our community and grow our following organically
Requirements
- You're enrolled at a university and need a Pflichtpraktikum (mandatory internship) - Short-form video isn't just your feed — it's how you think - You take initiative before anyone asks you to - Bonus: You've already grown a page or created content that performed - No agency experience needed — authenticity beats polish here
