Our Instructors are the role models for the students studying on our AI programs . They mentor students, help them with difficult concepts and assignments, teach them the skills necessary to enhance productivity and innovation. They guide students through the program, making sure all students get the most out of both regardless of their background.

Instructors are a core part of students’ educational process because they:

• Conduct online training sessions using prepared scripts developed by instructional designers;
• Mentor students during 1-1 video calls — they deal with different questions from students including a deeper explanation of certain concepts, tools or skills, supporting and navigating students in their assignments;
• Communicate with students via “Q&A style” video sessions for walk-in questions;
• Host webinars and other educational events for groups of students (about the content covered in our program), or participate in other non-educational meetings with students.

• Negotiable hourly pay rate pending skills and experience;
• Remote, hourly collaboration; Max of 10 hours a week.
• Free in-house training on how to be a great tutor and role model for students, choose the appropriate tone of voice when communicating with students, improve soft skills;

REQUIREMENTS

1. 3+ years of hands-on experience identifying opportunities for automation and designing solutions to optimize business processes.

2. Proficiency in English.

3. Understands operational efficiency through automation (e.g. business process automation):

• Google AI Studio, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Make.

4. Demonstrable experience conducting training or coaching.

5. Applies advanced AI concepts, including bots and AI agents, to make decisions and automate tasks:

• Text-to-image models in Nebius AI Studio, Lovable, n8nExperience integrating AI solutions into existing systems using data pipelines, webhooks, and APIs.
• APIs, webhooks, automated data processing toolsUnderstanding RPA and how it transforms digital operations. Key components of RPA systems, common automation capabilities, and workflow development
