On Site Representative (Berlin) - Automotive OEM, Chemicals (d/f/m)

What you´ll do

• Provide on-site technical service at defined customer line in Berlin for 5 days per week
• Perform consignment inventory mgmt., manages / records / maintains all related consumption data at customer processes / lines
• Support forecasting and supply process (material order) where applicable
• Maintain quality / efficiency level of products and escalates technical challenges to technical customer service team
• Act as first point-of-contact between customer line and field sales
• Growi and manage adhesives technologies and business at the customer
• Develop customer centric initiatives to enhance loyalty and long-term partnership
• Monitor competitor activities, pricing positioning

What makes you a good fit

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology or similar
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience in Automotive Manufacturing field, additional qualification in Sales / Business / Technology is a bonus
• Resourceful, independent, proactive and resilient way of working
• Located at the customer in Berlin for 5 days per week, this role requires the candidate to work by themselves on-site with only remote support from Henkel as well as flexibility and mobility
• This role requires the candidate to work in and walk around a production facility which is noisy and hazardous
• Fluent English and German skills
