Are you passionate about the world of social media and love working creatively? Then the Marketing Team at KoRo is the perfect place for you! Here, you’ll have the freedom to unleash your creative mind, manage projects independently, and bring even the most unconventional ideas to life. If you can think outside the box and have a dry sense of humor, you’ll feel right at home with us. We are looking for Social Media Managers who have already gained experience in start-ups, corporations, or agencies. Your responsibilities may include:

• You will own our TikTok account and work with the team to take the channel to the next level.
• You stay on top of current trends and take the lead in producing content – either independently or in collaboration with the team.
• You enjoy being in front of the camera and want to become one of the brand faces of KoRo.
• You independently plan and execute a wide variety of creative content marketing initiatives across our digital channels. This includes cross-functional brainstorming sessions, collaborations with other departments, as well as producing content for our social media campaigns and cross-departmental projects.
• You're familiar with key TikTok KPIs, can create reports on our campaigns and content performance, and derive actionable insights and recommendations.

Your profile

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, Business, Languages, or a related field is a plus – but not a must. Career changers are more than welcome!
• You have excellent German and English skills – both spoken and written.
• You’re familiar with both traditional and digital media, and you actively keep up with the latest trends.
• Ideally, you’ve already gained experience in video editing and have managed a brand account.
• Previous exposure to digital marketing is a plus.
• You're based in Berlin or the surrounding area and enjoy being onsite at our headquarters in Schöneberg.
• Appearing confident and authentic on camera comes naturally to you.
• You have a strong sense for language, a creative mindset, and know how to bring your ideas to life – both visually and in writing
• Strategic thinking, curiosity, openness, and a hands-on mentality define your way of working – as do friendliness, initiative, and enthusiasm.
• You’re used to working independently, in a structured and reliable way.
• Even under pressure, you remain composed and thrive in a team environment.
• And last but not least: You have a sharp eye for aesthetics – and a real passion for food.
