ABOUT THE TEAM:

Our product team consists of specialists in frontend, backend, QA and design, as well as engineering managers and, of course, other product managers. We work in small collaborative cross-functional squads responsible for specific new features and improvements to our platform. We have plans to continue developing our product and increasing our number of teams in the next month's and that's where your expertise would be needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Product Manager, you will be paired with a Product lead within a product tribe, consisting of 2 or more squads, and together, you will gather valuable insights and needs from our clients and stakeholders and use your strong analytical skills and technical background to translate these needs into specifications for new features and improvements. You are truly passionate about product development and experimentation and will work closely with our tech team in an end-to-end scrum squad. You will have shared ownership, alongside a Lead, of a specific product vertical. 

This is a full-time role based in Berlin, Germany.

ONCE YOU ARE HERE YOU WILL:

• Develop a deep understanding of the incentives market as well as our customers
• You will identify the needs of the customers through analysis and research and apply the solution that you come up with
• You will build a relationship with our Technical Account and Integration Managers and our integration partners in order to facilitate the product development
• You work closely with other teams and are eager to communicate with other departments to share your knowledge and what you do to improve collaboration and learn from their insights

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Having the capacity to make decisions with incomplete information, being curious and pragmatic
• Being self-organized and outcome-oriented, with the ability to work independently and a strong sense of ownership
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile setting applying Agile methodology (2 weeks Sprints, JIRA)
• Fluency in English
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong understanding of B2B, SaaS and API first products
• Working knowledge of SQL and databases
