Store Manager and Customer Relations Expert

Frameworks Berlin GmbH is seeking a customer-oriented Store Manager and Customer Relations Expert to join our team in Berlin. This role is ideal for someone who is tech saavy and looking to transition from a desk-based position to a dynamic, arts curatorial hands-on role that blends sales, store management, and the sustainable art of picture framing.

Tasks

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily store operations in our Kreuzberg location, coordinating with the production studio in Neukölln to ensure smooth workflow.
• Deliver personalized consultations for custom framing and art presentation, guiding clients to find the best framing solutions.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the arts, interior design, and architecture sectors.
• Manage and develop social media accounts to boost brand visibility and engage our creative community.
• Serve as the communication link between the store and production team to ensure project accuracy and efficiency.
• Proactively suggest improvements for CRM and in-store point of sales, utilizing technology to streamline operations.

Requirements

Who We’re Looking For:

• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken C1).
• Experience in customer service, retail management, or sales.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Excel and CRM systems.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; confident in building professional relationships.
• Familiarity with social media platforms for brand engagement.
• Knowledge of Berlin’s art, design, architecture, start up or creative communities is a plus.
