We are on the lookout for a Senior Specialist, Total Rewards Technology to join the Total Rewards Center of Excellence in Berlin on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

• Help shape the future of Total Rewards by reimagining how technology, data and automation can scale impact across a global organization.

• Architect and scale automation solutions that transform complex Compensation, Equity, and Benefits processes into seamless, high-efficiency experiences.

• Build integrations and data flows across Total Rewards tools, Workday, payroll and equity systems, ensuring a reliable, connected and high-quality data ecosystem.

• Translate data into strategic insights by designing advanced models, reporting solutions and dashboards that enable informed decision-making.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with People Tech, People Analytics and other stakeholders to build robust, scalable tools that drive consistent global execution.

• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance employee experiences, reduce manual effort and unlock new ways of working.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Systems, HR Technology, Total Rewards or a similar technical role.

• Strong skills in Python, SQL and working with APIs, integrations and data workflows.

• Proven ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Experience building automation, reporting or analytics solutions in a complex environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset, with the ability to prioritize based on business needs and work across multiple initiatives in a cross-functional, global, and multicultural team.
