We are based in Berlin and are a team of 35 international, entrepreneurial, determined and super friendly colleagues

Your tasks:

• You are the first point of contact for our patients and ensure that each of them receives first-class advice

• With your empathy and natural charm, you build trust and make patients feel comfortable booking their treatment through us

• You guide patients through the entire process - from the first phone call, travel bookings, contact with the clinics to the medical procedure

• Don't like cold calling? With us, you only contact pre-filtered leads!

• You love the combination of both worlds - sales and customer service

Your skillset:

You speak both German and English with full working proficiency, and feel equally comfortable in talking to patients in either language

• You already have professional experience in sales & customer service, e.g. gastronomy, hotel industry, retail or in a call center

• You are exceptionally communicative - you love talking to people or talking on the phone and know how to express yourself perfectly

• You are also highly motivated, structured and service-oriented - you don't give up until you have reached your goal

• professional healthcare experience is a big plus
