Influencer Marketing & Brand- Working Student

Flybaby makes baby carriers that parents and babies love. We're a small, passionate team in Berlin building a brand that stands for movement, freedom, and the joy of keeping your little one close. We're growing fast and looking for a motivated working student to help us grow our creator community and bring the Flybaby brand to more families.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You won't be fetching coffee. You'll work directly with creators, help shape how Flybaby shows up online and offline, and have room to take on projects that match your strengths.

Aufgaben

**At the heart of this role is influencer marketing. Beyond that, your responsibilities will grow with you and the needs of the team. Depending on your interests, this will include:

**** Influencer Marketing & Creator Relations (core focus)**

• Find and research creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, with a focus on parenting, babywearing, and lifestyle
• Build and maintain our influencer database, including audience data, engagement metrics, and past collaborations
• Reach out to creators and build long-term relationships with them
• Coordinate gifting, seeding, and collaboration campaigns from briefing through to content delivery
• Track campaign performance and share insights to improve future collaborations
• Keep an eye on trends, formats, and new creators in the parenting space

Brand & Marketing Projects

• Support the Marketing Team with campaigns, product launches, and ongoing marketing projects
• Help with content planning, briefings, and asset coordination across channels
• Support offline activations such as community events when they come up
• Bring your own ideas. If you see an opportunity, we want to hear it

Qualifikation

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Excellent written German and English, since you'll be writing outreach messages and briefings
• A real feel for social media and creator culture, and an eye for content that works
• Highly organised and comfortable juggling several projects at once
• A natural communicator who enjoys building relationships and is proactive and solution-oriented
• Comfortable with tools like Trello, Office Suite, and AI tools, and quick to learn new platforms
• Interest in parenting, family, fashion, or lifestyle is a big plus
• Experience in influencer marketing or social media is welcome but not required. We care more about attitude and drive
