What Youll Be Doing:
Elevating Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional, personalized styling that celebrates individual style over short-lived trends. Share deep product knowledge to guide customers both in-store and backstage for digital orders, building lasting brand loyalty.
Driving Store Operations: Keep the sales floor vibrant and fully stocked by managing inventory replenishment, processing new deliveries, and using digital tools to support a seamless shopping journey.
Maintaining Brand Standards: Take pride in your workplace by upholding high visual merchandising standards on the shop floor while keeping staff areas clean, organized, and welcoming for the team.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Our concession in KaDeWe, Berlin has been open since 2014 and usually trades from 10:00am - 20:00pm (subject to seasonal change). Our team loves fashion and styling our clients, and share a common passion for living in the city of Berlin for all of its charm. Fun fact, the KaDeWe store was originally founded in 1907. Store Location . Approximately a 20 minute journey from Berlin Alexanderplatz station.

From seasonal temp to brand staplesee how our seasonal stylists turned a temporary role into a permanent career at AllSaints. Heres what they had to say:

Abby Hook, Bicester Village - I started as a part time seasonal stylist at AllSaints in November 2025 and have been with the brand ever since, having recently gone full time. The team at Bicester are an absolute pleasure to work with and is one of the main reasons as to why I stayed on. We all work really well together to achieve and exceed goals.
I have loved fashion since a young age so being able to style customers on a day-to-day basis is such an amazing feeling; especially convincing them to buy their first ever leather jacket! Its a feel-good factor for them and also myself.

Christopher OKeeffe, Bicester Village - I joined AllSaints last year as a seasonal stylist and couldnt have found the team to be more welcoming! I really enjoyed the brand and the supportive environment, so moving into a permanent role felt like a natural next step.

Moukthika Pinnamreddy, Covent Garden - I really enjoyed the fast-paced environment of being a Seasonal Stylist, as it pushed me to learn quickly and keep up with the team.
I was lucky to have an amazing team of managers and stylists who supported me throughout the journey. They were always happy to answer my questions and encourage me to push my boundaries.
I started in womenswear and, once I became comfortable, was given the opportunity to work in menswear too. Coming back in a permanent role has allowed me to build on and refine those skills further and become more aligned with the brand. It has been a joyful experience for me.
