We are currently looking for a Quality Assurance Coordinator to join our Quality Assurance team in Berlin. In this role, you will perform detailed quality assessments, support continuous product improvements, and contribute to maintaining high-quality standards in our laboratory.

• Conduct product-specific tests, audits, and root-cause analysis on defective products, including statistical trend analysis.
• Create detailed reports summarizing results, conclusions, and actionable recommendations.
• Support the customer service team in troubleshooting and resolving customer complaints.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and facilities using 5S principles, ensuring a clean, safe, and organized environment, and coordinate equipment calibration and certifications.
• Map and document processes using Lucidchart.
• Regularly collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project priorities, follow up on initiatives, and manage projects aimed at improving overall product quality.
• Develop skills with relevant software tools (Excel, Paint, Video/Photo editing) and achieve KPIs established by management.
• Meet KPIs and Handle additional responsibilities as assigned by your supervisor.

• Technical understanding in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial/Production fields.
• Strong analytical skills and capability to solve complex issues independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, able to produce detailed technical reports and effectively liaise with stakeholders.
• Experience with quality management methodologies and tools such as Six Sigma (advantageous).
• Ability and willingness to perform root-cause analysis on products and follow stringent health & safety protocols, including vaccination against Hepatitis A & B.
