Are you a passionate Backend Engineer looking to make a significant impact by automating critical enterprise processes? Our Enterprise Applications Automations team is seeking a talented and motivated Backend Engineer to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in building robust and scalable solutions that integrate our core business systems and manage our AWS infrastructure.

• Develop and maintain high-quality backend services and APIs using Go.
• Design and implement integrations between various enterprise applications (e.g., WMS, MDM, ERP).
• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Manage and provision AWS cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our automation solutions.
• Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural discussions, and promote best practices.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
• Be open to exploring and learning no-code or low-code automation platforms to complement our custom development efforts.

• 2+ years of experience in backend software development.
• Proficiency in either Go or JavaScript (Node.js), with a strong understanding of their respective ecosystems and best practices.
• Demonstrable experience with AWS services and cloud-native application development.
• Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools, specifically Terraform.
• Familiarity with relational and/or NoSQL databases.
• Experience with API design and development (RESTful, GraphQL).
• A solid understanding of software development principles, including testing, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex systems.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools.

Full transparency: For this role, we have a salary band between 60.000€ and 83.000€ gross per year. The salary that we will offer you will always be within this span and is based on the skills that you show during the recruitment process.
