Aufgaben

You will develop TikTok into our growth engine. To do this, you will identify and manage creators, create creative briefings, introduce trends, and ensure steady growth with data-driven performance tracking.

• Developing content briefings based on our brand strategy.
• Identifying, selecting, and managing content creators in the field of music and education.
• Tracking and analyzing video performance (KPIs) and deriving recommendations for action.
• Continuous trend scouting on TikTok and integration into content briefings.
• Ongoing testing, scaling, and optimization of the content strategy.
• Close collaboration with marketing, content, and product teams.

Qualifikation

• You have excellent knowledge of TikTok—you know what works on TikTok and what doesn't. You think in terms of hooks, loops, and viral narratives.
• You have a keen sense for trends, creator potential, and viral formats.
• You have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of content creators, develop ideas collaboratively, and deliver effective feedback.
• You are super driven, eager to learn fast, and highly self-organized.
• You think analytically and have a KPI focus and growth mindset.
• You love producing content and have an eye for what makes good content (smartphone, lighting, sound, editing).
