You will be joining a fast-growing wellness and massage company that currently operates in five German cities and is expanding to seven. The company is known for a high-quality, above-and-beyond approach to customer service, and its People team is scaling hiring quickly to keep pace with that growth. This hire sits at the very start of the recruitment funnel, where speed and a great first impression make all the difference.

The Role
As a Candidate Outreach Specialist, you will turn new applications into real conversations. You’ll pick up the phone fast, pitch the opportunity with energy, and qualify candidates so only the best move forward.

If you’ve worked in phone sales, customer service or hospitality and enjoy hitting targets through great conversations, this role will feel natural. You’ll work with the Head of People and split your week between the Berlin office and home. Attitude and speed matter far more than job titles here.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact every new applicant within 24 hours to maximise conversion

• Pitch the company and the role clearly and persuasively over the phone

• Qualify candidates on fit and skill level, then book them into the next stage

• Manage high-volume outbound calling and structured follow-ups

• Provide evening and weekend coverage to keep speed-to-contact high

• Log every interaction accurately in Personio

• Test and improve call scripts with the Head of People to lift conversion
  

Ideal Candidate

• Native or near-native German (essential)

• Fluent spoken and written English (essential)

• Based in Berlin with the right to work in Germany, able to work hybrid from the office

• Available for evenings and weekends as a regular part of the schedule

• Experience in phone sales, customer service, hospitality or another people-facing role (no recruiting experience needed)

• Persuasive on the phone and comfortable handling objections

• High energy and resilient across high call volumes

• Organised and reliable with many conversations running at once
  

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

• Experience with Personio or a similar HR system or CRM
