What you’ll build

• We are looking for a Senior Product Manager – Adoption & Collaboration to drive and de-risk innovation initiatives across the tribe. In this role, you will explore and validate new product concepts, AI/ML experiments, and strategic initiatives, both within existing domains and in new areas yet to be defined.
• As Senior Product Manager, you will operate within a structured experimentation framework, leading initiatives that turn uncertainty into actionable insights.
• You will collaborate with engineers, UX designers, product managers, and subject matter experts to validate ideas and translate learnings into measurable product outcomes.
• Your work will help the tribe deliver predictable innovation, accelerate strategic alignment, and provide clarity in decision-making.
• By shaping and validating opportunities, you will create tangible impact for customers while fostering a culture of learning and experimentation across the organization.
• This role requires ownership, creativity, and a hands-on approach to ensure innovation delivers measurable value at scale.

 

What you bring

• AI/ML literacy and curiosity, with practical experience applying it to product initiatives, and motivation to drive innovation while sharing learnings across the organization.
• 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS environments, leading complex initiatives and experimentation programs with a strategic yet hands-on approach.
• Strong collaboration skills with UX, engineering, and other PMs, combined with the ability to influence without formal authority and convert validated concepts into outcomes.
• Analytical mindset, confident working with data and interpreting results to inform decisions, while prioritizing and executing initiatives with measurable impact.
• Familiarity with the Enterprise Architecture domain and prior experience in human-centered product adoption are a plus.

• You will join the Adoption & Collaboration tribe , whose mission is to create human-centered experiences in SAP LeanIX that drive engagement and retention across all user groups. Within this tribe, you will work in a dedicated innovation and AI-focused unit, collaborating with cross-functional experts to explore, validate, and de-risk initiatives.
• Together, you will accelerate innovation, ensure strategic alignment, and deliver high-impact solutions while sharing best practices across teams. At SAP LeanIX P&E, we embrace a hybrid setup, combining in-person collaboration at our hubs in Bonn, Berlin, Munich, Dresden, Walldorf, and Ljubljana with flexible working models
