Working Student Product Manager - MarTech

We’re hiring a Working Student Product Manager for our MarTech team . This role is ideal for someone who is organized, curious, proactive, and excited to learn how Product Management works in a fast-moving environment.
What we’re looking for

• You enjoy solving problems and bringing structure to projects.

• You’re organized and reliable . You follow up on tasks and help keep everything moving.

• You’re comfortable using tools like Google Docs, Sheets, or Notion to organize information.

• You enjoy working with data and are curious about how metrics help teams make decisions.

• You’re not afraid of technical topics and are interested in learning how APIs, tracking, automations, and internal systems work.

• You like learning by doing and taking initiative when something needs attention.

• You’re interested in product development, marketing technology, automation, or digital products.

• You’ve shipped a side project, automation, or dashboard yourself.

Your responsibilities

• Test new product releases and help document bugs or unexpected behavior.

• Monitor product metrics and help identify issues early.

• Coordinate with developers and campaign managers to help keep projects on track.

• Gradually take ownership of smaller features or workflows as you grow into the role.

What you will NOT do

• Jira administration or ticket shuffling - we work lightweight and we optimize for speed.

• Wait for work to fall on your desk - you’ll know what needs to be prioritized next.

• Wait around for instructions all day. We value people who are proactive and curious.
