Marketing Manager (m/f/d) All-rounder with Drive, Creativity & a Strong Revenue Focus
Lexxion is a dynamic legal publisher based in Berlin, with a strong focus on European law and policy. As a Marketing Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for further developing our brand and strategically coordinating and executing market activities with a clear focus on increasing revenue and product profitability . Whether through social media, email campaigns or strategic partnerships, your goal is to drive demand, generate leads and actively grow the revenue potential of our events and publications .
Tasks
Responsibilities
- Revenue Growth & Demand Generation – Take ownership of marketing initiatives that directly increase revenue across Lexxion’s products, including conferences, trainings, seminars, journals and books
- Lead Generation & Conversion Optimisation – Design, execute and continuously optimise marketing campaigns (organic content, email marketing) with a clear focus on lead quality, conversion rates and sales impact
- Campaign Strategy & Performance Management – Plan, manage and evaluate multi-channel campaigns, using data and KPIs to maximise ROI and revenue contribution
- Social Media Management – Strategically manage and expand social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) not only for brand awareness, but explicitly to drive traffic, generate leads and support sales objectives
- Copywriting – Create persuasive, conversion-focused copy for social media, advertisements, newsletters and landing pages that supports revenue growth
- Collaboration with Product & Teams – Work closely with conference managers, editors, sales and database teams to align marketing activities with commercial goals
- Partnerships & Growth Initiatives – Develop and implement marketing partnerships that increase visibility, expand reach and generate additional revenue streams
- Visual & Video Content Creation – Produce and manage visual and video content (using Photoshop, Canva, etc.) that supports campaign performance and engagement
Requirements
- Strong revenue-driven mindset with a proven ability to link marketing activities directly to measurable business and revenue outcomes
- 3+ years of marketing experience in a professional environment
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing partnerships
- Ability to analyse target markets and implement the most effective marketing strategies to generate demand and maximise commercial performance
- Proven ability to collaborate successfully with product owners (conference managers, editors), sales teams and database teams to support revenue objectives
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Knowledge of video and image editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)
- Creativity and a strong sense for digital trends
- Copywriting experience – ability to create persuasive, target-group-specific content
